Details of our standard charges are listed below.
For all charge up work, there is a minimum 60-minute onsite requirement (Service Fee) followed by 15-minute increment charges.
Working Hours
The following rates are charged in between standard operating hours. (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm)
Travel time | Vehicle, fuel and RUC costs | Administration costs
Service Fee + 1hr = $120.00 minimum
Service Fee + 1 hr = $130 minimum

After Hours
The following rates are charged on public holidays and outside standard operating hours. (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm)

Service Fee + 1hr = $259.00 minimum
Service Fee + 1 hr = $279.00 minimum
Service Fee + Minimum 1 hr = $329.00 min
Service Fee + Minimum 1 hr = $369.00 min
Additional Costs:
An additional cost of $1.00 + Gst per KM may apply if outside of a 25-kilometer radius of the Palmerston North city centre.
